PAYMENT POLICY

We accept payment for services from Medicare, private pay and private insurance upon benefit determination. Some insurers may limit the number and type of home care visits that will be paid for and may require pre-certification and/or co-payments. We will inform you, your family, caregiver or guardian of all charges and methods of payment before or upon admission.

CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION

Admission to this agency can only be made upon the recommendation of a physician and is based upon the patient’s identified care needs, home bound status and the type of services required that we can provide directly or through coordination with other organizations.

MEDICARE BILLING

Our agency will bill Medicare for our services on your behalf. We will accept Medicare assigned payment as payment in full for the services we provide as long as you meet the qualifying requirements and the services are covered by the Medicare program. If services are ordered which are not covered by Medicare, you will be notified by the agency before these services are provided so that you can make other financial arrangements for the necessary care.
